TO ALL AFRICAN WOMEN OF TODAY AND TOMORROW

African women of today and tomorrow Arise and Shine,
Gone are the days when you had to sit and complain,
Everything you want you will obtain,
For it costs courage, efforts and determination for every gain.

The society has burdened you with lots of family responsibilities,
And a lot of stuffs you perform to show your ability,
I have no doubt that there is a high possibility,
Of doing good everywhere you show your ability.

I should commend a few of you who have taken the lead,
Making the most of every opportunity that comes along your way,
Sending a statement that opportunities is all you need,
And that you can do anything if obstacles are taken away.

Much as some of you have shown the way,
A lot still remains to seized away,
We still need a lot from you,
For we believe a lot can be done by you.

More female professionals are needed,
More female leaders are are needed,
More female role models are needed,
Indeed African women are still indebted.
